    1. Consultation

    We approach your project from a buildability perspective from the start, which helps reduce risks, streamline the process, and set you up for the best possible outcome.

    2. Quote

    We take the time to understand your project in detail and can provide preliminary estimates as things take shape. 

    Once your plans are ready, we offer either a Fixed Price Contract or a Charge Up option – whichever works best for you.

    3. Build

    Ben personally oversees every project to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. 

    You'll have a dedicated site foreman for the entire build, with regular site meetings to keep you fully informed.

    4. Post-Build

    The journey doesn't end when we hand over the keys. We'll walk you through your new home, explain how everything works, and provide maintenance manuals.
